Refund Policy

4.1 Scope

This policy covers contest entry fees, paid vote packs and wallet top-ups on Dhun Dil Ki. Payments for minors are handled by the guardian and refunded to the guardian's original payment method.

4.2 Contest entry fees

Entry fees are non-refundable once the entry is submitted and accepted. We refund the fee in full if (a) we cancel the contest, (b) we wrongly reject a valid entry, or (c) a technical fault on our side stopped a valid entry from being completed and re-entry is not possible.

4.3 Contest cancelled or postponed by us

If we cancel a contest, you get a full refund. If we postpone it, you may keep your entry or ask for a refund or for the fee to be used in another contest.

4.4 Vote packs and paid votes

Votes that have been used are non-refundable. An unused vote pack is refundable only if the payment was duplicated, or the amount was charged but the pack was not delivered.

4.5 Duplicate or failed payments

If money is debited more than once, or debited without the service being delivered, we refund the extra or undelivered amount in full after verification.

4.6 No refund

No refund is given for entries or votes cancelled because of disqualification, rule violations, fake or duplicate votes, or because you changed your mind after a valid entry or vote.

4.7 Wallet and prize money

Wallet balances can be withdrawn under the withdrawal rules shown in the app, subject to KYC. Amounts already withdrawn are not refundable. Prize money is not refundable once paid.

4.8 How to ask for a refund

Email support@dhundilki.com within 7 days of the payment with your registered email, transaction ID, date, amount and the reason.

4.9 Timelines

We review requests within 3 to 5 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days; actual credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

4.10 Decisions

Our decision on a refund, after review, is final, subject to your rights under applicable law and the Grievance Redressal process.
